Based on the credits left at your previous integrator:

Remaining credits may not exceed 150% (1.5 times) of your total consumption in the last 12 months; any excess is not counted. A remaining-credit report or screenshot from your previous integrator's portal, or a signed/stamped letter from your previous integrator, is required.

Campaign Terms
- The campaign is for new customers switching to eKüpSoft from another private integrator.
- Customers who switch receive whichever is more advantageous: Option A (based on remaining credits) or Option B (based on a new purchase); the two options cannot be combined.
- Under Option A, remaining credits may not exceed 150% (1.5 times) of total consumption in the last 12 months; any excess is not counted. At least one of the following is required: a remaining-credit report or screenshot from the previous integrator's portal, or a signed/stamped remaining-credit letter from the previous integrator.
- Option B requires no documents; checking an active/inactive registration with another integrator at GİB is enough.
- Data from the previous integrator for 10 years is stored at no extra cost while the customer is active at eKüpSoft, covering the full mandatory retention period under Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code.
- The campaign can be used only once per tax ID / national ID number.
- Bonus credits are valid for 1 year, cannot be carried over and are deleted automatically at the end of the term.
- Bonus credits belong only to the purchasing company/person and cannot be shared with group companies.
- Consumption order: bonus credits are used first, then purchased credits.
- This campaign cannot be combined with the HOSGELDIN50 campaign.
- The campaign is valid between 01.01.2026 and 31.12.2026.
- eKüpSoft Bilişim reserves the right to change the content and duration of the campaign.
